400Gbs NVMe over Fabric JBOF designed for high-end enterprise storage applications

MiTAC Computing Technology Corp.(MCT), an industry leading server and storage solutions provider, will demonstrate our latest storage platforms, the highlighted Hilltop series, the new generation NVMe over Fabric JBOF storage platform with Tacis FactorSCALE management software, that are optimized for advanced enterprise storage applications, during Flash Memory Summit 2019. MCT will also display the Valentine series, the PCIe4 JBOF storage platform and the Phantom series, and the SAS4 JBOF storage platform at the same time in partners’ booth. The new Hilltop series, HT2221F is MCT's ultra-high performance storage solution, supporting high availability (HA) hardware, software & firmware and ESM FW. With Tacis FactorSCALE, MCT's NVMe over RDMA Ethernet based on the Hilltop HT2221F design with Tacis FactorSCALE management software provides low latency, high bandwidth, full redundancy and single pane management.

The Valentine FR2223 PCIe4 JBOF and the Phantom TW2223S SAS4 JBOF storage platform is designed for high availability, high performance and to meet high capacity storage requirements. It has performance-optimized direct-attached storage (DAS) designed to work with the new generation X86 PCIe G4 as Ice Lake and Rome servers. And the Valentine FR2223 also offers exceptional storage flexibility and IO performance, and includes support for up to 24 x 2.5” PCIe Gen3/4 dual port NVMe SSDs, high performance and low latency via the Broadcom Atlas PCIe G4 switch, and a tool-less modularized design for easy maintenance. The Phantom TW2223S supports up to 24 x 2.5" SATA 3.0 or SAS3.0/4.0 HDDs/SSDs and high performance and low latency with the Microchip Augusta SAS G4 expander.
