MiTAC Computing Technology, a subsidiary of MiTAC Holdings Corporation and a professional IT solutions provider, officially joined the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) this year. The company commits to continuously safeguarding the rights of its employees and migrant workers, promoting environmental protection, and driving industry development.

RBA is currently the "largest corporate social responsibility alliance" in the global industrial supply chain. RBA is dedicated to improving the sustainable development capabilities and social responsibility of the global supply chain. The code of conduct released by RBA aims to ensure that manufacturing industries provide "safe working conditions and supply chain security, dignified work for laborers, environmentally responsible business operations, and adherence to ethical standards."

All factories under MiTAC Computing Technology have successfully completed the Responsible Business Alliance Validated Audit Process (VAP). In an effort to strengthen the resilience of its supply chain against human rights, environmental, occupational safety, and ethical risks, MiTAC Computing Technology applied for membership in the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) in 2023 Q4. The company plans to utilize RBA management tools to effectively reduce supplier-related risks. This aligns with the company's commitment to integrity and its unwavering stance against relevant risks, ensuring that the production practices throughout the supply chain adhere to the RBA's code of conduct.
