(Taoyuan)  MiTAC Holdings Corporation (TWSE: 3706) today announced the 2020 financial report after Board of Directors meeting. Consolidated revenue totaled NT$ 41.146 billion, and up by 15% YoY. Profit attributable to owners of the parent was NT$ 2.919 billion, an increase of 4% as compared for 2019. Earnings per share (EPS) was NT$ 2.45. The BOD meeting has approved a cash dividend NT$ 1 per share.
